The Never Ending Quest - Episode 109377

When Velus had recovered, he realised that both Exotica and Fred were asleep on the floor and the wizard had vanished! That surely wasn't supposed to happen; the spell couldn't have functioned correctly. But at least Exotica was no longer laughing or dancing.

He wondered if he had lost a month's-worth of pleasant memories, as had been meant to happen. He supposed that there was no way of telling.

  1. Fred comes round.
  2. Exotica comes round. She seems to have been restored to normal.
  3. Exotica comes round. Unfortunately she immediately starts to laugh and dance one more.
  4. Exotica comes round. Unfortunately, although the compulsion to laugh and dance has been removed, she has a new problem.
  5. Fred and Exotica both come round.
  6. Neither Fred nor Exotica comes round, and - though they seem unharmed - Velus cannot wake them. Not knowing what else to do, he goes in search of the wizard.
