"It is a very beautiful planet," the alien commented.

"Yes, it is," said Stacy. "I just wish my brother were coming back to it with me."

The alien did not reply to that, but merely said. "Come. I have been asked to escort you to the bridge."

On the bridge, the alien who had appeared to be in charge here greeted her. "We have located the ship," he(?) said. "I am bringing up an image of it now." And, with the touch of a button, another viewscreen in front of them lit up with an image of the first saucer Stacy had encountered, nestled among the trees of the Alabama woods.

1. The landscape around it appeared to be utterly deserted.
2. The saucer and surrounding woods were swarming with people.
3. There was a tent pitched nearby, and a lone human figure was visible. "Paula!" Stacy cried in recognition.
