The Never Ending Quest - Episode 108414

Her journey had been long and hard, and she had given up everything for it. Enough. She had reached the end of the road. Here she would find the peace that was due to her.

Her life as Fred quickly became a very real but very foggy memory in the back of Waverly's mind. She absorbed the entirety of mer culture in a matter of months, and it was definitely made possible due to magic; often she found herself certain of things, very specific things, that she knew she had never been directly told, such as the lifespan of mermaids (easily twice that of humans), the types of food most mermaids liked, how to make the simplistic clothes they wore... Soon enough, she fit right in.

Years passed. A merman called Havelock began to court her. She found she loved him very much, and together they decided to pray to Poseidon for a child, as of course all merchildren were direct gifts from the sea god, born from the sand. Soon enough they had a daughter, whom they named Reatha.

After many peaceful years...

  1. Waverly was caught in a fisherman's net.
  2. Waverly was singing by the shore one day and caught the attention of a man passing by.
  3. Reatha began to take a strange interest in the world of mankind.
  4. a mermaid who seemed very familiar to Waverly came passing through the village.
  5. Waverly was caught in a fisherman's net (Alternate).
