Velus pulled his concentration together and entered the cave. Although he
was only 18, he had already become one of the kingdom's greatest warriors,
and was the obvious choice for this task. He wasn't much of a diplomat, but
many of the kingdom's diplomats were scared by legends of the Dragon and
wouldn't go into the caves. So Queen Exotica had sent him to carry out this
task. Velus entered the cave. Eventually, he came to a fork in the road. One path went left, and Velus could see a small gathering of people. One went right, and there Velus could see that the path went into a strange golden door.
