Probably because recent events--both my rescue from the damnation I would have been faced with without my fellow Champion’s intervention AND having actually met what I can only describe as the True Goddess and Gods of my . . .brand of faith—have knocked out such foolishness from my mind, thank you. The False Ones (those foolish avatars who’d taken over whilst their Masters fought against the Anti-life ones) had misled me and their followers into acting in ways contrary to what the True Ones wished…aggrandizing themselves and setting up a social caste of sorts between those of "Low Blood"/peasants and "High Blood"/nobility!

Oh, rank has privileges but it also has OBLIGATIONS and thankfully They were in an understanding and forgiving mood when they finally returned and spoke…

Uh, later… but still!

Yes! I may be a Princess of Colchis and a priestess of rather high rank within the Temple, but still! Rei and her group have been Champions MUCH longer then I have. Indeed, I’m only starting out here and have become one a scant handful of moments ago.

That and they have a better understanding of this land! This time! These people than I do. I am a bit . . .new here. BUT it is my "show" and my "turn" and it is my Quest and as long as I don’t be rude and obnoxious, Rei is showing faith in me.

I do not wish to fail in her trust…by acting like a rich little spoiled brat of a princess. Instead, I WILL act in a manner becoming of my station while being . . .diplomatic but firm. There ARE some issues I MUST put to right if we are to have anything approaching a working relationship here with these people, and how.

Still, there is ONE thing that should be addressed. You would think that it would have been sorted out by before now, considering all the chattering and arguing the various groups had been having amongst themselves. But in the end it seemed to have only made them more confused. Time to sort this out

A slight gesture towards me and my friends giving clue to who "They" the small girl was speaking of here. And I do have to agree at some level some of the magery I saw used by Rei and her sisters had made even ME, a magic user of some considerable skill if only if I say so myself, stand back and take notice. Some of it should be of SOME concern and perhaps of issue if it had gotten out of control…

Hades, that one spell which splashed ONE of the Beserkers--we know that there are at least two by the fact we have two Illyas/Masters of Servant Beserker here-- with some kind of liquid which caused HIM and even the "concrete" beneath him to burn AND blast him to parts unknown had been . . . alarming! What kind of alchemy had that BEEN?!

Something I’ve never heard of before Rei had mentioned in hurried passing between attacks and me trying to get away (only to get teleported accidentally into yet ANOTHER battle scene). It had been near the end before we got to this safe spot and she (Rei) had been looking rather desperate near the end when she’d used it (and the hastily cast a counter spell to dismiss its creation from what I’d cyphered from her magery use).

She called it "FOOF."

A LOT of casted spells had been used to contain the fire from spreading and the damnable HEAT from it from engulfing us and burning US alive in the process, anyway….

LOOKED very dangerous, whatever that Hade brewed stuff had been! Sure did a number on the surrounding forest before I managed a quick spellwork or three to quenched the incipient forest fire!

"And you’re worried about how Shinji here—who’s Servant here had been trying to kill both you and Saber here last time---is just standing around and staring at nothing like some kind of zombie no matter what you try?" Illya (the less subdued one of the small girls with that name) sighed. "And you’re thinking that the angels are responsible for that?"

Rei sighs and mutters something to her husband over that one. Despite having tried to correct mistaken impressions again and again…

Honestly, until now I’ve never heard of such creatures known as "angels" (my religion doesn’t have something like that in it), but even though I know now through what Rei told me I still have to admit I’m a bit befuddled by some of what goes along with this "Chrstianity" thing….

Oh ho, let’s get back to the task at hand and not think badly of the religious beliefs of those who’ve saved you from a dark fate, right Medea? Not like some of your religious beliefs wouldn’t appear strange and odd to outsiders who’ve never encountered it before, right? Right!

"No, it’s not that at all I just want them to . . .," Shiro begins to protest, only to be brought up short by his Servant (or one of the duplicates of his Servant, considering they now were all wearing their magical battle gear vice any "normal" clothing to blend into normal crowds). Which works I suppose for dealing with "normal" people. Works well enough, anyway…

"Master, that is what Caster . . .," she pauses after giving me a questioning look and then looking around at Rei and her winged sisters. That Servant’s title could have easily been given them as well as me.

Then she mutters something to herself about none of us looking at all like the Caster of her memories before continuing.

"Shiro, after everything else today I do think it would behoove us to at least listen to what they have to say without interrupting," she continued reasonably.

"Yes, I would VERY much like to . . ." the red head begins, and with THAT I step up and start the process of introducing myself and my friends before yet another delay can happen.

I appreciate his concerns for his so called "friend" (or whatever you could call a man who would have directed Servant Rider to have tried to use lethal force earlier there on his Servant and supposedly HIM). But still it needs to go and get this done and done NOW, by the Gods and Goddess above! "While usually I would introduce myself first in the course of things being of the station I hold due to blood," I roll my eyes a bit at that. After all, if nothing ELSE I have come to see that true Nobility comes not from bloodline but by word and deed when I look both at that loathsome Jason, who hales from High Blood and compare it to John Takashi ("maiden" name Conner) and his ‘lowly’ origins.

No, John and his friends are MUCH more noble than any like Jason and I damn me if I should ever forget what I’d learned that day they saved ME!

"I feel that my friends rate first billing," I finish up before gesturing to each in turn and introducing them to the residents of this . . .odd setting.

In retrospect when Rin Servant Archer (aka EMIYA) finally snaps out of the trance he went into when getting what in retrospect was an BAD idea of using his magical talent,Structural Grasp, skill upon some of these stranger’s gear.

Most of the time the ability to be able to get the history of an object magically (in his case by just using his power and looking at it), would have been a God send. In this case? Not so much, being that the Champions--beings from a place SO far off point in the multi-verse to be almost a fairy tale amongst the Counter Guardians such as himself—are just too ALIEN to be able to be easily Grasped.

And based far AWAY from his quadrant of reality for good reason. They shouldn’t BE here because that very alien nature? It should be shredding the very reality around them.

But as it stands?

Frankly, if he’d done that while still a human being instead of a Counter Gaurdian (a special, less grand version of Heroic Spirit who was more of a "Cleaner" in the Espionage/Black Bag sense of the word) . . .his head would have exploded literally from the backlash.

It did so very much explain why he’d been basically mute (and not snarky) soon after the encounter with the Champions, astralized out of view or not. Rin his Master/Summoner had been wondering about that…

When he starts babbling, she gets a bit MORE than mere names for the most part. He seems . . .strangely fixated upon Rei and her sisters for some reason. Maybe something due to the fact that while on his off time (rare occasions) back on the Throne of Heroes (a strange place outside of time/space where Heroic Spirits throughout the ages are gathered after death) he’d . . .caught up on his recreational reading. Certain manga and anime to be exact…

The introduction of names of Rei’s and Yuki’s husband (Fred Takahashi and John Quatermain) goes without a hitch or a single raised eyebrow (what with the movie The Terminator nor the html video game "The Neverending Quest" ever having been created in this somewhat warped reality).

They don’t get to the part where their speaker, Medea, introduces herself, being that she feels that her rescuers deserve to be introduced first. They DID save her from a horrible fate and that left a LOT of good will and such for them in her heart, you know.

Nor does she get around to just explaining that when Servant Archer (still REALLY out of things) appears out of thin air and interrupts things, basically taking over the introduction (and making of hash of things in the process)

"Yin-was a Rei Ayanami and before that was Yui Ikari!" Servant EMIYA interrupts, shouting to the world in something of an unsteady, sing-song voice. "One of newest sisters. 14 years old!! Was in process of doing 3rd Impact when got inducted into ranks! Was a rush job getting her ‘inducted’ (but was willing to be inducted since otherwise the personality overwrite would have been complete). Is somewhat shy and socially awkward because of this, having not gotten as much briefing in social norms as her older sisters!! Has pierced ears and Misato's cross! Plumb colored hair in a high ponytail!!

"Yuki-Was a Rei Ayanami, came about from the INFANT/Plastic Soul program! Has teal hair and comes from the Rebuild version!! Has teal colored hair! Married to John Conner!! Is 15 years old! Is one of the more bold of the three younger sisters, which lead in part to events leading to the wedding!! Hales from the Rebuild version!

"Lilith is a white haired (and winged) sister here!! Has red eyes and was smiling fondly at her youngest sister as she’s putting on that necklace mentioned earlier during that wedding rehersal that got John netted! Is wearing the more “adult” version of her sisters dresses (as seen in the provided ref picture, the cgi picture of the white winged woman)!! She is NOT eighteen years old but stopped aging on the 18th birthday, just like her sister Rei and stands as tall as her sister, Rei! Lilith IS the Angel Lilith ala Neon Genesis Evangelion, but came over to the human side after . . .this and that!! Is the most motherly of the sister, what with her being the 'Mother of Humanity' and all that!

"Reika is over to the side discussing something related to the upcoming wedding with her sister Rei!! That is, she was making more than slightly but friendly poke at her sister, wondering if their new sister would be as 'worn out' from their night of . . . celebrating their wedding as Rei had with her husband, Fred! As in not being able to quiet walk straight but . . .hey!! Stands as tall as Rei due to being of the same age (and genetic material)! I think she's a clone now!! Has shockingly GREEN eyes (differing her from her other sisters), but has red hair and wings! That and wears a more adult version of dress that her younger siblings wear!! Is eighteen appearing but stopped aging at her eightenth birthday due to the Champion thingamabob deal! Is also a product of the Plastic Soul program like her sister, Rei, from her reality!!

"Rei is a blue haired (and winged) eighteen year old woman in appearance! But HEY, you know!! The Champion thing! However, she’s the overall “Big Sister” of the group and the others defer to her for leadership (mostly)!! Has something to do with her having the spark or some such for leading this odd group from the ordeals she faced--almost had an emotional breakdown and all that what with learning her true purpose during the Angel War was LESS beneficial than what she'd been told by FAR-- and evolved from into the woman she is now!! Was smiling and nodding with Reika as she talked and joked during the wedding preparations, but was glancing over at Yuki as well, ready to intervene if her sisters got too overwhelming with their efforts to make her ready for the upcoming wedding! Was originally an an AI construct from the INFANT program (a human infant/soul created in the realm of cyberspace) and was down loaded into a Rei body in the Plastic Soul program to ostensibly bolster the Pilot rosters for the EVA units!!

"Tabitha-actually wasn't a Rei Ayanami (in her current incarnation) before becoming Tabitha!! However, in prior cycles had been one! In the cycle of her "induction" she'd been Lilith, on hold as a backup!! Is 15 years old by technicality and such... Is not technically a "First Child"/Child soldier like her sisters (and tries to not to default into military protocol and such) but doesn't always Succeed!! Has aqua colored hair!"

Servant EMIYA then pauses, then smiles drunkenly only to have it evaporate from some of the rather irate Champions who’d been wanting to EASE into that part of things at amore opportune time (and definitely not wanted to air some of the more private matters of their affairs thank YOU).

"My GOd," he hiccups drunkenly. "IT’s FuLl oF sTaRs!!"

1. "BY the GODS!" Servant Beserker shouts, fed up with Archer’s antics and storming over to shake some sobriety into him. "GET a HOLD of yourself MAN!!"
