The Never Ending Quest - Episode 108029

None of the dogs had ever even seen all the others at once. Every being present was amazed at the number of dogs that burst out of Xanven's home and began running amok.

Pruvyre and Maculla stuck together. They remembered nothing of the time before doghood, but they had arrived within the same short window of time and bonded quickly.

Now, before being a dog, Pruvyre had been a twenty-year-old woman. That had translated into dog years to make her a young adult, but her transformation was nine years behind her and she was beginning to become frail in her age.

  1. One villager noticed the old dog and took pity on the poor thing. He was a father of three--his children ought to be delighted, he thought.
  2. Maculla helped her along as far into the woods as she could, and they stopped when Pruvyre was panting heavily with exhaustion.
  3. Xanven, in the chaos, saw how slowly she was moving, so he snatched her up before he cast a teleportation spell on them both.
