Bedroom Confrontation

It was the Queen who appeared to recover her composure first. "It seems I owe you an apology," she said to Joan. Then she turned to her husband. "You rat!" she said. "Who is this trollop that you've taken to your bed?" But the King seemed to be struck dumb, and it was Joan's double who answered: "If it please Your Majesty, I am..."
