Fred finds trouble

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 10631

Fred takes the branching corridor. The walls are wet and moldy. The floor is uneven and rough. The ceiling ten feet above is home to waaay too many bugs and other gross things. Fred puts up his hood and continues on. He soons finds himself in a world of trouble.
What's going on?
