The Never Ending Quest - Episode 104873

It's really quite far from their home village of Ak'; Fre' has always been rather adventurous, and this is the furthest even she has gone in this direction. There is a small but dense grove absolutely stuffed with flowers that carry the most intoxicating smell. Fre' nibbles one tentatively. Finding that they taste just as scrumptious as they smell, she greedily begins shoveling them in, but they are almost unsettlingly filling, as it is only a few minutes before she is so full she feels sick.

The journey back is very slow, but Fre' returns to Ak' just before any of her ogre neighbors get suspicious. She allows herself a short nap--no more than two days. Once she wakes up,

  1. she immediately goes to tell Belba, her best friend from the beginning, about the flowers she found.
  2. she greedily keeps the information to herself and tries to go about normal life hunting for the village and caring for the ogrelings, but the flowers are always at the forefront of her mind.
