The knight's very young face took on a surprised expression when he saw such a small girl alone in the cave. As he approached her, he said, "What ho! How did a pretty young lass such as yourself come to be in such a dark place?"

"I live here with my Uncle Belboz," said Hannah, who had no concept of the "don't give away personal information to strangers" rule. "Why are you here?"

In response, the knight...

  1. said, "In fact, I am not sure. I've only just been knighted, you see, and I woke up here in full armour. I know not why."
  2. said, "I have been searching for the dragon, as it is my quest to slay it."
  3. exclaimed, "Belboz! Not Belboz the necromancer? My dear girl, it is my task to slay that evil man! You say he is your uncle?"
  4. did something completely unexpected.
