"What is it?" said Jarlath.

"I, I," said Belinda, and she seemed to struggle with what to say for some time. "I can't concentrate for some reason. Could it have something to do with the spell?"

Suddenly, a startled look came over Jarlath's face. "Oh, no..."

"What is it?" asked Belinda.

"I should have remembered this. The spell that turns people into warrior rabbits also takes away their intelligence. I guess I should have studied more for transformation before I left."

"Is there anything you can do about this?" asked Carola.

Jarlath pondered momentarily and answered...

1. "No, I'm afraid not."
2. "Yes, but it's very dangerous."
