From Knight to Mermaid to Woman

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 104580

There was nothing for it; she had to keep moving. She had no fishing gear since Melody had broken her makeshift rod and she knew the odds of catching any mermaid, let alone two in one day, were slim to none.

The trouble was... she was in an unfamiliar body, her hair was distractingly long and unkempt, and she was wearing armor--which was far too large for her even if it was typical for women to wear armor. Nothing about her was discreet. While she would have liked to say she didn't care if people stared and whispered, she did.

Oh well. Nothing for that either.

Fred...

  1. soon found a nearby fishing village. She excitedly thought someone here might have experience with mermaids and their magic--mainly, how to reverse it.
  2. walked along the coast for a while before noticing Melody in the water, trying to get her attention.
  3. journeyed deep into the forest, where she found a tall tower.
  4. covered many miles but found no trace of civilization. Night was falling.
  5. decided to head back to the caves and try to resume her quest.
