Hannah didn't see Belboz's wicked grin—and neither did Iddiott—though if either of them had, they probably wouldn't have been able to figure out what it meant anyway. "Do you feel the same way, my nephew?" the necromancer asked. The man shrugged. "We will have the wedding at once!" cried Belboz, and waved his hand. All at once Hannah found herself standing in the back of a church, wearing the most beautiful white gown she'd ever seen in her life. All the pews were full and Iddiott was standing at the front, looking a bit out of it but gorgeous all the same. Belboz was standing next to Hannah, waiting to walk her down the aisle. Hannah threw her arms around her uncle, sobbing happily about how beautiful everything was and how much she loved him. The necromancer had to carefully detach her from him and nudge her forward to get her started on the long walk to the altar. It all went by in a blur. Iddiott said his vows, and then it was Hannah's turn. "And do you take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?" the voice droned in the background. No! screamed some tiny part of Fred, while the rest of him, right along with all of Hannah, was crying, Yes! Did Hannah say "I do"?
