She frowns. "What do you mean, 'you don't think so'? You're the hero, aren't you? You're supposed to save us."

"Yeah, I've had enough adventures for one day, thanks. I really just want to get home. A wizard is out of my depth. But, tell you what, I'll tell the king about your little problem, okay? Maybe somebody will be by in a week or so to try to find you again. Bye!" He turns and races back up the tunnel.

"Come back here!" she yells after him, but he ignores her and runs back into the dragon's lair.
