Fine, before we go any further let me get something right out in the open here. If I seem somewhat befuddled by everything right now, that would be because I AM rather befuddled right now. It started right around the time that Andrea’s group--that demifox lady who’s group pretty much DESTROYED the T-1000 back earlier before I was escaping from the loony bin (re: 35092). After getting the SCARE of my life with the T-100 and then THAT, you’ be a bit out of it yourself!

And the day just keeps getting weirder and weirder… Not like the day’s going to end in disaster (the vibes I get off of not only Aslan, but these Celestrial dudes)? Not going to happen to ME or the others who aren’t going on this Quest stuff. They have this . . .this aura about them. This unstated fact that says nothing MORE is going to happen to make my day go wrong. Let us just say that they give off vibes (and don’t say I’m stupid for just believing it, you don’t KNOW what it’s like being in the same room with these . . . .Entities), and leave at that. Hell, I get the impression that they could easily just MAKE me believe everything and anything without a thought and . . .that I can even think about not believing them makes me think I could/should . . .

Uh, f$%$%. Lets just say I will be inclined to believe okay?

And it’s not like I’m not a bit leery about JOHN going on this Quest business, but What with the stuff that John’s got a quick (but rather detailed) lesson from Fred Takahashi over there. Kind of stuff that could easily give a whole SQUAD of Terminators a run for the money in a straight up battle! So they’re not shorting John on this Quest, throwing him just into the deep end…

But still, why?

Why do I have a feeling I must have missed something here? I don't mean the bit about my SON getting married here at an . . . Argh! AT such a young age it's just . . .

I'm too YOUNG to have my child be married here. To be looking forward (because John's got that look in his eyes) that says that I'LL be a GRANDMOTHER here soon and and . . .

I'm not ready for this, even IF the Brigadier here is correct in pointing out about what I know is . . .was . . .going to happen after Judgement Day with the war against Skynet. People will have to do things at a MUCH younger age in basically all things, even raising kids because the hit in population and all that crap! That I know but I was focused more on how basically to survive we're going to have to have child soldiers to have enough bodies to fight the Terminators, not children raising children!!

No, that I understand and I know that . . .there is pretty much nothing I can do about it. Hell! My son being married in all but NAME to Rei’s sister over there had come out of the blue for HER as it had pretty much to me. To everyone! I got that.

I got that my soon to be in law relations over there with their newest daughter just HAPPEN to be from worlds (or rather ONE world with multiple settings) from Victorian literature . . . at least up until the part where some kind of godlike entity changed them into Oriental DRAGONS!!

Must remember to be VERY polite to them even when I do not exactly agree with them over something. Even back in high school (where I moon lighted at the diner to make ends meet and all that with the parents being dead) . . .I had read enough fairy tales. DO not mettle in the affairs of dragons, for you . . . AH! Just don’t fuck with them. They can literally chew you to pieces and torch you to a crisp, for crying out LOUD!

Gotta say that when Alan and Mina (what name did I hear from what Victorian story did SHE come from and what’s with the scarf?!) transformed to show their true forms that it was a show STOPPER for everyone.

At least they seem to moderately approve of my SON, though they hinted that maybe a change in . . .obtaining “easy money” might be a really good idea in order to make a living and supporting their daughter.

Hey, you’ve got to be kidding me, right? What has John been DOING with the lessons he’s been taught while I was in lockup?

So please don’t tell me he’s been knocking over stupid things like ATMs or something like that? Wasting his skills on stuff like that is . . .

Well, I got those lessons so he can live OFF the grid and such, but I DO hope he’s not been doing what I THINK those Victorians are suggesting! Otherwise John and I are going to have WORDS!

Actually, John having something of a panic attack when he realized that he wasn’t (right now) ready to support a wife and family right now on his own had been kind of cute in a way. Fred Takahashi stepping up and saying that he’d be honored to take John as his squire (details to be fully worked out later but having a steady paycheck and training for something that . . .rather fits with the future he’s going to be facing in this fantasy world and all that crap).

That had been nice and good on John in being smart enough to at least taking it up. Knighting ceremony (or is that squiring ceremony) was serious enough even IF it was kinda surreal seeing John take that Oath on his knees in sneakers.

Even get the idea that these Rules and Agents in taking John as their Champion (kind of a WEIRD business they have, Office and all that representing the foundation of reality) will mean he’s going into danger. But with THIS group he’s going to be running with?

Fine, the Quest is dangerous but doable for this group and I kinda feel sorry for whoever GETS in these guys way.

Even kind of noble, really. Going into a fused mess of what used to be an underwater city named Rapture and a flying city named Columbia to rescue some “Little Sister” that’s the center of some kind of cult. Probably by the briefing I was given from these Champions the safest place right now for this “Sister”, but only for a time. If the Champions don’t get to her in time (or if she should be killed before rescued)? Well, then the engines or whatever that was keeping Rapture/Columbia up in the air will fail and they’ll ALL fall to their deaths, damned and innocents. Success means that all the other Little Sisters who are alive and well during the time of rescue ALSO get saved, as well as anyone that Aslan . . .deems innocent.

Better hope you folks lived good and PROPER lives, you citizens of Rapture and Columbia. Aslan doesn’t strike me as being very LAX in his moral standards.

Hell, he killed his dark mirror, Nalsa after crossing paths with that lion. Something about him being a disgrace and being arrogant enough to try to be a god . . . While the White Witch was happy as could be over that mirror lions death, it’s kind of . . .harsh isn’t it?

Well, it’s not my place to criticize right now. Maybe later I’ll do it but not right now…

And mess up the countryside of Airnan quiet a bit up in the process. Kind of can see why the Sadis wants this Quest to be successful, besides common decency.

Along the way, they’ll have to fight through hords of zombie creatures (side effect of whatever caused the two cities to merge) and the occasional unmutated survivor, using the Brig’s people in UNIT with some kind of Star Trek transporter (!) to beam out innocent survivors (be they grownups or any Little Sisters met and rescued along the way).

I really should object to him endangering himself like this (risking his life). He WAS going to be the Savior of the Human race and you better BET you ass I wasn’t going to have him risk himself for just any old thing. Hell, not risk himself for ME (and I had been about to have WORDS over him coming into there to rescue ME, risking getting Terminated by that liquid metal man/thing) . . .before we got run off the road there by the Brig.

Why did my unease just INCREASE when I was thinking about John being the Savior of the human race? I mean he IS . . . WAS going to be that before all this crap happened.

Not happy at ALL that Rei had to do what she did, but better THAT than what she’d said would have happened to everyone (including probably John and me and Eleanor). I wouldn’t wish that ON ANYONE . . .

John looks quiet alarmed when Sarah Conner’s knees suddenly gives way and she falls to them, looking pole axed.

The Brigadier and Rei look up from their discussion (something about “soon” being actually five years and Rei being rather SURPRISED at how much time passed between last they met), discussion forgotten for the moment.

“H-how in God’s name did I even FORGET my daughter?” she whispers, stunned at even the thought that she should have ever forgotten her own flesh and blood (and the TRUE destined Savior of the Human Race).

This time around, in the time loops, Eleanor got born along with John Conner and as it turns she’s the military genius that would save the world by the looks of things (with John being the front/false face of the Human Resistence), as it will turn out.

THIS time around. Usually, it is John who eventually becomes the Savior. Just this time the sister kind of took up the mantle while John kind of . . .slacked off a bit with other things, being more of a young boy than focusing on JUST being a Great Military Leader… .

1. Aslan steps forward, seeing the blood covered need to FINALLY explain what was happening here (and how his meddling had been involved somewhat)….
