Two men run up with crossbows.

  1. They mean to capture Fred.
  2. They ask Astra for an autograph.
  3. They are Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, two warriors always on the fringe of castle politics.
  4. Before Astra or Fred can react, a minor avalanche kills them both. The two men, not Astra and Fred.
