Nice easy restriction well in theme, meets its own restrictions so +1.5. No
problems with validity.

No problems with validity. Style, restriction is slightly unclear if
members are required to make a resolution per rule (I will take is as
players MUST submit at least one resolution per Rule), OTOH it does make
sure we get New Year's resolutions (The other obvious choice for theme in
THIS round) at
the correct time and not in a couple of weeks. Choice of Theme Suggestion is
simple and obvious like the restriction, appropriate for this point in the
round. Plus spearing the fame of FRC cant go far wrong with style points

No problems with validity. Style, not sure if I like how much this
resembles Steve's Rule. Every thing else in the rule is solid though.

RENUMBERED 199:4

UNSUCCESFUL, sadly does not meet 199:3's restrictions, clearly posted
without seeing them first. I do like the suggested Theme though and would be
happy if Ed used it again in a further Rule without style punishment. I like
the reference to advertisements and the general feel of the rule. On the
negative, still copying Steve's Rule in layout.
