Meanwhile, Reaibn has been making his way to Redstone, frustrated by his
magic malfunctioning. It had started when he had attempted to teleport to
Redstone. He found himself unable to do so. He then found himself unable to
teleport outside Caemlyn at all! Experimentation proved he still had crazy powers, as changing the all of the inhabitants of Mudspot to small hedgehogs for three hours proved. There was just something about Redstone that was confounding his magic! He had found himself unable to do anything to Redstone at all, save appear to its inhabitants in their dreams. When Fred and Astra had bested his newly-acquired agents, he had tried to follow them but found himself blocked from even hearing what happened in that house. Thinking it was a spell, he attempted to break it, but it was like listening to pure silence. He could not project his awareness inside the home either. Furious with rage, Reaibn summoned his personal transportation, a carriage pulled by demon-horses from a dark dimension. Travelling at a reckless speed, he headed out to go to Redstone himself. They might be able to resist him at a distance, but no one could resist him in person. Not in his realm! He would reach Redstone very soon, and then there would be hell to pay!
