"So why do you have to kill it?" "Oh, the king sent me. Offered me a huge reward too." "Couldn't you just lie?" This thought hadn't occured to Fred yet. "Well, the king said I needed proof I did it!" "Haha, very easy. For my spells I need particular reagents. One of these is dragon eye. I'd be happy to let you have one. Give it to the king, and voila! You get yer' riches!" "What do you have to gain from it, Belboz?" "Can't a necromancer be a good samaritan?" "Not usually, no. And what am I to do when the dragon keeps terrorising the lands again?" "Well, by that point you'll be safely out of the lands with your sizeable loot."
