"And I am the carpenter," said Fred.

"Excellent" the old man replied, and as he hopped to his feet he produced a golden key. "This is the key for the prison door, but you must promise to help me out of here. If you do, I have a small reward for you."

Fred thought that this was really more than he wanted. He already had one quest to take care of. On the other hand he didn't see a better way out of this pickle jar.

1. Fred offers his hand to the old man in acceptance of the deal.
2. Fred frowns and shakes his head. "Impossible! I can't accept."
3. Suddenly a loud and not to distant crash disturbs their conversation. Fred turns around and sees something coming towards the prison cell.
