| Velus happily leads Fred to a pedestal in a large room lit by candlelight.
On this pedestal is a book. It was 101 Curses and Their Cures. Fred
picked up the book.
"Is this what you wanted me to find?" asked Fred. Through some more yes/no barking, Fred learns that this book was used to turn Velus into a dog. Fred looked up the dog curse in the table of contents and quickly turned to that page. It was missing. "The page is missing," said Fred. Velus' ears dropped low, and his tail sagged. He was hoping Fred could solve his particular dilemma. Just at that moment, Fred hears someone cough, follwed by footsteps. They were getting closer!
