Bettys and Melissa. She was dimly aware of the Doctor saying something
like "Don't let him control you. You must fight it!" and of the Master
chuckling and saying "Do try not to do anything stupid, Doctor. You know
she will pull the trigger if I command it." But all Stacy could think about
was the necessity of keeping them covered while they walked toward the...
well, whatever the blue box was that they were walking toward.
The Doctor attempted to stall for time when they reached it, but under the Master's impatient glare and Stacy's unwavering gun hand, he gave in, produced a key and opened the door. The Master made a sweeping after-you gesture, and Stacy escorted them all through the door and into the box. The sight of the huge space apparently contained within the phonebooth-sized
box shocked Stacy back to herself. "What... What...?" She wasn't sure what
confused her more, this impossible geometry or what had apparently just
happened to her mind.
