A Brave Decision

I look up at E'eysha and smile faintly. "I'm afraid so," I say. "But I'm willing, nevertheless." After all, altering the very nature of reality -- and that is essentially what we're talking about -- is no minor thing. If I weren't a Champion, I'm not at all sure I would even be considering it, given the severity of the consequences. But I am a Champion, after all... And, from what I know of this Omega, I, like Rassilon, do belive that he is "redeemable." And that definitely makes the effort worthwhile, whatever the cost to me.

I catch the Doctor's eye, and he nods gravely, understanding and accepting my decision. "All right," he says. "But if we are -- you are -- to do this, we'll need to find Omega first."
