Rassilon looks at the young couple in front of him, curious despite
himself.
From what he had overheard of this rather odd group they were NOT here
for his ring.....the "gift" of immortality.
One up for them!
He'd been half tempted at neutralizing the obstacles and stop from reaching
out with his mind to induce them with fear since the source of the disturbance
of the patterns he had always been able to glimpse......just to see what
they were all about.
Still, he'd set these obstacles for good reason and felt that there
still may be a small chance that they were just making a ruse. Thus he
kept the obstacles up and followed standard procedures as he'd done with
all those who'd come to seek him out before.
But now......
"Who disturbs the tomb of Rassilon," the ghostly Time Lord begins, following
tried and true doctrine. "Why have you come?"
He'd be terribly disappointed if this turned out to be just another
set of would be immortality seekers.....
"Lord Rassilon," Lord Frederigo D'Honaire of one of many Terra Primes
says, pausing to bow (as Astra Thessamer of an Aqualaria, "I and my wife
to be have been tasked by a being named Agent 4 to deliver a message personally
to you."
The grey, unimpressive envelope floats out of Fred's hand, opens, and
Rassilon telekinetically opens it and moves it up to be read.
Rassilon smiles, looking pleased and amused in a way different than
what Betty and Ragan remember from The Five Doctors
Well indeed! the Time Lord chuckles, amused that they'd risked
so much for......
The dead Time Lord takes a good look at what is written, and
blinks in utter shock as he reads the content of the letter. The letter
then disappears without trace just as his image disappears.
"What?....." B'elenna gasps (along with a few Time Lords) as the body
on the altar twitches and Lord Rassilon sits up.....looking shaken.
Well, you've got to admit that this wasn't quiet what they'd expected,
the golden haired elfin woman sighed, Even caught me by surprise.....
"Operation Stopwatch!......Celestrials to wage war on Gallifrey.......,"
Rassilon gasps wildly as the Doctors rush to help him get to his feet.
"Ye gods....." Inquirer and Ragan whisper together.
Ragan had read a few Doctor Who books concerning a similarly named aliens
who just happened, apparently, to take a rather strong disliking
on Time Lords and were out to fight and win a war on the proud race.....
For Inquirer, it was a rumor that had floated about all of the Alliance
worlds in whispers and rumors about some black bag operation that was involved
in time travel. Some of the wildest attribute it being allied with a group
of benevolent organization that some, like Elrondir (a big Star Trek fan),
very much like.......the Federation.....just more advanced......
Betty looks between her analog sister and the mechanized maiden,
looking like she'd like to ask what was wrong now.

The elfin
engineer then noticed a new figure arriving from thin air......and it's
Fredrina D'Honaire from Terra Prime by her looks.
