Spock runs a tricorder over the patiently awaiting Borg, and finds that indeed that Hugh has a different quantum signature than than the Enterprise, Londo, and even you!

"That was a relief, and believe me.....Hugh, we'll get to you soon, but right now, I've got to see what I can do about stopping a massacre."

Hugh is escorted down to Medical, where McCoy wants to run a few.....dozen tests on Hugh and his cybernetics. Hmmmm, maybe it would be interesting what Hugh would make of Morden.....about him being "assimilated" to the Shadow.....sorta.

Or maybe it might be more interesting to see what goes down with this abbreviated treaty talk between Kirk and Londo.
