| By this time, an anxious Duke Dredrick and Fred 1 finally make the
scene, and all discussions are put off until AFTER they get inside. The
Amazonian patrol who had been knocked silly by Seeker as they had attacked
the AI are cared for. The town guard and the Amazons then proceed to disperse.
The look that the dukes and duchess are giving them makes it clear that
trying to listen in on whatever is going to be said would be an EXTREMELY
bad idea!
"By Thor," Dredrick swears as the disgruntled town guard and Amazons
disperse. "'Tis good to see you, Fred my boy, but you have NO idea how
awkward this is!"
"I….have a pretty good idea, your Grace," Fred the manfox smiled, tail
swishing slowly. "I figured….and figured correctly…..that a quick response
was needed. A powerful force that could be gathered at a moments notice,
and wisked to the scene of the crime……
"Though I'm truly now wondering whether or not we'd really have been
able to really be effective……" Fred says wryly as he eyes the dents that
had dulled his and his comrades melee weapons. "Though the flesh of whatever
that manikin is made parts with much effort to our blades, the bones underneath
the fiend……seemed proof to our blades and other weapons!"
Further discussion is held off until the group reaches the mansion that
the D'Honaires make their residence in.
