| Indeed, the situation gets a bit chaotic again when the others of
the pyramid come upon them, finally (lead on by the groans of pain by Astra
5b). However, that doesn't go on for long as most of the inhabitants already
are familiar with the concept of parallel realities and the fact that the
pyramid seems to be collecting various Freds and Astras (along with a few
others) throughout the multiverse. So, things are going along well enough
in this room (there is news of some other Astra or somebody giving birth
elsewhere in the pyramid).....until Astra 5b gives birth to her first child....
and she and Fred 5b learn.....
"What do you mean: 'Two more?!'" they both gasp, shocked. Astra 5b
then groans again as contractions rack her body yet again!
And with that, in relatively quick order, two more children are born
to Astra 5b and Fred 5b. Astra laughs and cries as she holds one of her
infants in her arms. Without doubt that had been the most painful....but
beautiful experience she ever experienced before. Now, she had these three....lovely
children AND "her" Fred! Her pregnancy had been fraught, due to her feelings
of guilt over breaking her vow of chastity (not that she realistically
had any choice in the matter). In spite of that, though, she finds that
she feels maternal towards her babies, which are at about the stage of
development they would have reached had the pregnancy gone to full term.
She would look after them now, and worry about the consequences later.
And that vision she'd had, which seemed to come from the goddess Artemis
herself, had made her feel somewhat better about herself than she had before.
Fred 5b kept looking down at the small child in his hands who cooed
back up at him and then over at "his" Astra, and his emotions were a whirlwind.
He had his love and....now he had these children. Frankly, there were many
emotions running through him right now, but on the top of the list was
deep affection and love for them....and their mother!
"We have much to discuss, lover." Astra 5b smiles softly up at "her"
Fred.
The Alicias smile, tails swishing slowly, at the emotions they detect
from that corner of this room. They both had a feeling that whatever those
two discuss here soon, it would soon be leading to the formation of a family.
Those feelings were a welcome distraction from the emissions of this place
that had set them on edge earlier....and from the annoying chatter of that
still naked "Astra" who insisted on being called Thessamar ix'latl.
There is still much to get squared away here.....

who's holding a slightly smoking Key.....Along with the Demifox Fred, Demifox
Astra, and the demifox kits.....
