reign of terror is over. However, they dread becoming permanently trapped
like this. Fred takes the Crystallic and puts it in his pocket. They also
fill their pockets with as many gold coins as will fit. Whatever prejudice
or fear the people of Walants may feel towards were-foxes, they suspect
it will be much reduced if those were-foxes show themselves to be both
rich and generous.
They have heard of Synizn. He is rumoured to be a were-bear with a great knowledge af magic and the occult. He is also rumoured to be rather an awkward customer, but they hope that mention of Malachi's name will ensure that he looks upon them favorably.
