| The Circle has an emergency session, and through instrument readings
done by Inquirer....finds that the ozone layer is healed.
"Which is good, but....." the AI/Golem states. "It's a major fiasco!
The Others aren't stupid, and will know that something caused a job that
should have taken a week.....to be done in a matter of seconds.
"Which could put the one person I trust totally from my family, Probe,
in danger." she continues. "Because Probe knows that something is out there....and
might find us."
"And he may unwittingly call unwanted attention to us," Rosepaw says
silently. "And a possibility of a raid to....silence us and any chance
for finding a cure for the Phage!" She shivers, for fear of her loves....and
her friends. And she shivers for fear of how she's come to understand the
new world she found herself in.
"The sooner we find a cure, the better," Malachi murmurs to herself.
"What we need is something.....unconventional. And I think I know somebody
who fits that bill."
The dragoness shudders though, because her version of this person was....odd....and
more than a little....er....eccentric. She'd come across the local equivalent
of the man's abode in this world....while scrying for a suitable location
to set up the Dragon Lair for her Circle.....but......
