Chi - This young woman's life was mirrored by one actor named Gigi Edgley who portrayed her in Farscape, a Scifi Network TV show. A full bio for her can be found here:

She's just like Chiana (except her brother had been killed earlier . . . long story) up to the point in her life which mimicked "Durka Returns". But instead of her winning her won freedom and joining with those on Moya, she got sprung by Chiana and Aeryn Pip. However, before she could get out of the prison transport she gets caught up in things beyond her control.
It's a blur to her, but some kind of "friend" (read flunky) of one of Randal Flagg's more powerful allies (the Brazen Man) decided that it would be fun and try to disrupt the timestream of some of the more interesting passengers on Moya. Had decided to first try what looked VERY interesting fodder, indeed. He chose to mess with the Champion's home base/planet's past (Terra Prime) since if figures in a lot with Champions' lives. Destroy or royally screw things up there in the past and it would cascade down, get it?
Well, the one who'd did this couldn't be said to be terribly bright. That or it was that this guy (Khaos from Disney's Aladdin) hadn't been properly briefed. Or perhaps didn't believe the briefing. Whatever the case, he had a VERY close encounter with the Rules and Agents.
After having bouncing Khaos' petard back to his home reality (big boot print), they found that they still had Chi to deal with. Khaos, twisting some kind of wish that the young Nebari had made aloud before coming here, had transformed her into an Oriental Dragoness for some reason (female version of some kind of Disney character from some other cartoon). Well, she still wanted to become a Champion (that had been another part of things that had gotten her into this mess) and because of a technicality had got into the Champion ranks. She stayed a jade blue Oriental Dragoness, but got the ability to assume human form (and of course chose her old gray form for the human seeming).
And one thing after another and BAMM, the Doctor has a new Companion and both Aeryn Pip and Chiana have a new sister. Being that she really had nothing left behind in her old reality (hadn't put down any new roots on Moya . . . been there for only a few moments if that), that's fine with her.
This'll make for an interesting time . . .
