The Doctor (Doctor Four) - This Time Lord's life was mirrored by one actor named Tom Baker, who portrayed the Doctor from 1974-1981 in Doctor Who, a British SciFi TV show. He has gotten the nickname of "Doctor Four" to distinguish him from his "analog" brothers back on Terra Prime. A full bio of his can be found at:

However, this Doctor in the course of things while answering a summoning call from an old friend got scooped up with his other incarnations by the Time Scoop in Doctor Who's universe by mistake (a Champion can't be Scooped). In the course of things when the others of Doctor Who's group are saving him, there was a magical side effect that instilled elfin qualities into this Doctor's matrix. Coupled with a Time Lord's ability to Regenerate, this Time Lord transforms into a Terra Prime elf (basically the fourth Doctor redone along elfin lines) who was madly and permanently in love with Romana. The transformation was not reversible....nor did he and Romana wish to return to "normal." Soon would be learning the ways of magic from Romana, (who'd gotten a quick crash course in magic like that given to Doctor Who earlier on Terra Prime).
After aiding with the Death Zone debacle, then he, Romana, and a somewhat surprised K-9 went off to aid another analogous Doctor. After a few adventures, he and Romana took a well deserved break on an Earthlike planet. They were having a romantic picnic, enjoying each other's company when they had a close encounter with another analogous Fred who'd been afflicted (and presently under the dark influence) of an Unseelie Curse. The Curse made the mistake of seeing similar aspects in Romana's and the Doctor's matrix (certain aspects of E'eysha's matrix had been translated onto their matrixs during the ceremony to save the analogous Doctors life), and attempted to "infect" them as they would any other analogs of those already afficted with this curse. It gave up with poor grace when it discovered the mistake, but not before the thing's touch shifted the Doctor and Romana from Terra Prime Elves to Light Elves (like Terra Prime elves, except with slightly longer ears and immortal due to being a Germanic equivalent to the Seelie Court). K-9 was able to stun the out of control Fred before things could get out of hand.
They took this Fred back to Terra Prime (calender date ten years in advance of that of when Inquirer and the others had left her) to get him looked after. Help was able to cure this Fred and most of the others who'd been touched by the Unseelie Curse. However, the changes within a few (like the Dr. Four and Romana) had gone to far. Now, both were not only elves, but immortal as well.
By being Light Elves, they automatically fell under the jurisdiction of the Queen of the Light Elves, but she saw that these two wouldn't/couldn't fit in (would turn out to be outcasts despite all their heroic aspects). Wishing to spare them this, she had little choice but to cede them over to Eternity Inc (what the Champions of the Rules and Agents called themselves). "Going solo" might have been an option for this Doctor and Romana before their transformation, but it's not what is done with Light Elves. Very distressing to not belong to a Court of some type. Leads to insanity (just ask those poor fairy folk of Terra Prime who are suffering from such conditions).
Currently on a mission given to them by the Rules and Agents to affirm their status as Champions. Was helping one mysterious Champion named Morgana Wordeni, her husband Rugen (also a Champion), and a pixie named Triakoth in that one mission (which in part involved stopping the machinations of one Randal Flagg). Now that that mysterious task was done, they proceeded to get into another grand adventure which somehow got them involved in the affairs of a universe that mimicked the Robot series by Asimov, where there is now a touch of magic in the air there.....

Romana - This Time Lady's life was mirrored by one actress named Lalla Ward, who portrayed Romana during Tom Baker's run from 1974-1981 in Doctor Who, a British SciFi TV show. . A full bio of her can be found at:

Along with Doctor Four, got Scooped to the Galifrey of Doctor Who's world and caught up in the Death Zone debacle there. Was changed into an elf when elements of E'eysha's matrix got imprinted on her own due to a magical side effect. Oh, she learned enough magic to aid her and the other Doctors who were dying when the Time Scoop (the only thing keeping them alive and whole) was switched off, but those elements soon ganged up and started using her Regenerative properties to transform her into a Terra Prime elf (bascially her redone along elfin lines)! This side effect also changed "her" Doctor into an elf as well.
Permanently and deeply in love with "her" Doctor, was glad to begin teaching him the ways of magic.
Soon after departing from Gallifrey, she and the Doctor got married somewhere.
The rest of her and the Doctor's story is pretty much told in Doctor Four's bios above.
