I keep hearing people talking about someone called Exotica. Who is she, and could you link to the chapter in which she is introduced?

She's the daughter of the King of Allaria. Her first appearance is in episode 139.

BTW, whilst in most of her threads Astra isn't a magic user, Exotica is in most of hers.

Bugger. Sorry, the first Astra storyline I went through had her using magic to turn Velus human. -.-

No problem. I don't think that you've ever made Astra into a magic user when it was established earlier in the storyline that she wasn't one.
