Don't you hate losing stuff you've written? I know I do, and that's why I make at least a little effort to get missing stuff back.
I was checking out some old bookmarks earlier today when I found that a small addventure site I have been making some contributions to, appears to have gone offline. Any of the addresses I try to access on that site just return a standard "so you want to make a website" page. I tried feeding the addresses to archive.org to see if they had backed it up, but no dice.
So now I'm trying the only addventure related forum I'm on, to see if anyone here happens to not only have visited that site, but also saved some of the pages (including mine). Slim chance, I know, but it's the only idea I've got.
The site is (or at least started as) a mirror of another site (still online) called Furventure. I have been contributing chapters to both of them, but only a few of them were on both servers. The ones that were only on the mirror are gone now...
