Is the name of Hespan's capital mentioned in any episodes?

When I mentioned the capital in passing a little while ago, I looked for a name and couldn't find it mentioned anywhere.

Well it's been over 7 years since NEQ went up (8 in Feb.2007) and it looks like Hespan's capitol still hasn't been given a name.
So I went ahead and gave it one in Ep.21701. Hope you guys don't think it sucks
It's called Valencia.
