My first episode?

Maybe I'm being dumb here but how do I find out the first episode I ever created?
You can use the search function to look for episodes you've created. The first one you created is likely to be the smallest number episode in the result list. In your particular case, that isn't entirely true. I believe this is the first episode you created, after some brief digging around:
