Okay, I'm Canadian, but I'm pretty sure they do things (almost, I am aware of 1 or 2 exceptions) the same in the states. Yes, the names they use for each other are totally realistic. As for what age our heroine is, she's probably 17-18, being in a 12 course.

Well, I just wrote my first episode. Apologies for it being somewhat tacky and for already including in-joke elements from other stories, but A) it's about a casino, and B) now that Josh Bieber is back, it was probably only a matter of time before that particular story element showed up in this branch anyway. Just be glad LE didn't write it. :) (In all seriousness, it would be awesome if he came back too.)

I'll probably write something off of the Imaginary Numbers thread next, because it is indeed different and interesting.

Really like your episode, Knight Random :)

That casino option was one of two that it was originally intended would be pre-written like the others at that level. However, there was a lack of round tuits (as in the well known expression "I'll get a round tuit eventually"), and Sir Toby decided that it would be better to go ahead with those episode unwritten rather than to delay the story still further.

It occured to me last night that you are not hearing the music that goes with the i thread. There were three songs. My screen name comes from one of them. The second had a big influence on my life when I was fourteen and the third is a theme song to my morbid fancies, though the first verse doesn't apply.

By the way I was sixteen when I took math 12X back in good old Ardsley High School in 1978-79. I think after the music comes on a big piece of the story will get clearer as will a bit of the plot. It's OK if you mangle me by the way.

Also I'm working on a memorial page for a friend who died so I'm not going to be around as much as I like. I have a date with the scanner in thirty-five minutes.

Sir Toby had intended to write this one himself so that he can be among those who submitted initial episodes. And he never got that round tuit.

Since the bunny was added, I decided to write a letter to explain a bit about the bunny and leave it in the bunny cage.

Folks - please take my letter seriously :!:

Yes, it would be nice to see L.E. come back. Last I heard which was ages ago, he was over at bear addventure site which uses the same as addventure, but with new and improved addventure software.

I don't have is e-mail address any more.

Ah, thank you for that, Josh. I liked the entire casino episode, but the bunny option confused me. Now that I've read the explanation, it does seem sort of familiar, I think this same bunny was mentioned in NEQ somewhere. Does anyone have a link to where the bunny was originally from? It's on Addventure somewhere, I'm assuming.

I started my own casino thread in Game Two, episode 56434. Click on option six, followed by option one and then kiss the rabbit. :D and then option six. You can figure the rest out from there...

A quick link to the URL (while it lasts) is http://www.addventure.com/cgi-bin/read. ... 56434.html

I'm sorry I did not get to write the music episode. I ended up doing a screed on Ruth Montgomery. I guess you all have a better idea where this is going. A piece of the afterlife thread on Gav and Peloso probably resembles this, not the goofy part where Chris (?) ends up in all manner of Hells but the other part where he is in a parallel version of Syracuse, New York, except I don't feel like doing Upstate New York. Westchester county is very magical. It's not just the burbs. It's been settled by Europeans for three hundred and fifty years. It is ancient by American standards.

I have emailed LE, to notify him that The Black Void has started and that Josh and Roanna are amongst those contributing to it.

Bunny's been kissed, a couple of times now, actually.

In unrelated news, I've found some things while poking around the site, and I'm wondering why none of these themes were used for TBV:

Whoops, that was me, by the way. Apologies for stretching the page, but I can't go back and edit it.

Oooh, I like theme #3. I spent a large portion of my youth in South America, Central America and the Caribbean. During my 8th grade year(1996) I was fortunate enough to visit some Mayan ruins in southern Guatemala. Something I'll never forget. It's amazing what humans were able to accomplish even before the advent of our 'modern technology'. Central America and the Amazon rain forest of South America are remarkable places, despite their many problems.
