Seems it's another 'let's make an annoying looped 'story' for no reason' episode.

I already saw to that thread some time ago, but chose to break the loop with that episode's child. It seemed fairly arbitrary at which point I should choose to add Add New Option, as it didn't seem to matter much whether Fred spent one episode or two in Hell.
