Thanks to Wolfrun for creating it.

Wonder if it's possible to get in touch with WolfRun to use this material on the wiki. (Probably Ben could ping Reaibn about his summaries)

Anyway, here's what's happened since--

The black-armored soldiers reveal themselves as the Ancients, an unspeakably old and powerful race of lizard-men who were the ancestors of Dragonkind. Carola realizes that the Ancients are hiding from the Brazen Man, so they have a common enemy, and tries to negotiate with them. But before she can finish, Carola's shadow attacks them with a mysterious device. Belinda strikes back at it just in time and it flees--for now. An overwhelmed Carola runs for her life and trips over a tree branch, falling unconscious.

When she awakens she and her companions have been taken by the Ancients to the city of Caemlyn, with Belinda and Matthias returned to human form. They've gained a new companion as well--Syrreq, a young member of the Ancients, sent to aid them on their quest. They reveal that it was another who sought to usurp the Pyramid's power who was responsible for the near-extinction of the Ancients in the first place. But their troubles are by no means over, for the Dragon's forces have reached Caemlyn and taken the city...

This brings us up to episode 110465

You could try sending WolfRun a pm, but whether the email address he signed up to this forum with is the one he still uses must be doubtful, so many years later. ISTR that I tried to email both him and Y using the most up-to-date addresses that I had for them about five years ago, but without any success in either case.

Some of Y's Borderlands web pages that were originally on Geocities were preserved by the Wayback Machine, and can be found using the link that Sir Toby provides on the NEQ introductory page, but unfortunately not including the plot synopsis.

Also there's a whole lot of stuff, including some plot synopses, on MSG's website, even though the link to it http://www.sir-toby.com/~msg/ no longer works. You can find it at http://www.geocities.ws/rule179/Welcome.htm

Added subsequently: Turns out all I needed to do was to refresh my browser's copy of http://www.sir-toby.com/extend-a-story/story-1/ to get the updated link. which is http://www.sir-toby.com/users/msg/
