The Never Ending Quest may have some great stories, but...

...none have come even close to touching me emotionally as the Yo thread in the beta test area.

It is truly inspirational.

It's good to know that you're still around. :)

I confess that I haven't looked at the beta test story for literally years. After all, it was only intended to be for testing, and it hadn't occurred to me that anyone would still be using it. I suppose I ought to keep an eye on it, just in case anybody posts any porn, spam or stuff that violates copyright.

To be honest, I was worried that this website still wouldn't be around >_> It's been probably a decade since I first discovered it and lot of websites I was browsed have disappeared or become far less active than they once were. I'm glad to see there are people still here and still writing.

I was struggling to sleep last night (Drinking coffee at 10 PM to finish what I procrastinated on all day was definitely not my best idea). At 2AM, I didn't think I would be able to fall asleep, so I came back here. I have some ideas for stories in several of the threads, and I wanted to try my hand at it again. I really got into it.

Good to see you too, JH. What's new here?

It's been pretty quiet here lately, but there's still a little activity- a lot of it from Lots, of course. :) You could help to increase that activity by writing something for the Never Ending Quest or the Black Void. :)

ETA: I see that you have already done so. Excellent. :)

The Beta Test site is just filled with ultimate anti-humor.

Nostalgic

Post by Noise Tank »

After giving this website's link to a friend, I clicked on it and revisted it and felt extremely nostalgic...I haven't written anything for fun since this last episode, but I'm definitely going to try to get back into this again.

Who's all still around?

Me for one. Lots and Anableps are also still around, as is Ben occasionally. There are also one or two new writers, but overall it's pretty quiet.

It would be great if you could write something. (But I'm going off on holiday on Sunday, and after that won't be around for a couple of weeks.)

I've been feeling nostalgic as well, and have been meaning to get back into writing here for a while. As soon as I can tear myself away from grad school and other writing projects for a bit...

It would be great to have both you and Noise Tank back. I remember that you and I, in particular, had some long-running story-lines that are crying out to be continued.

I do mean to go back to some old threads of mine. I've changed a lot as a person in 6 years, though, so my areas of focus will be different. I do mean to be more consistent about sticking with threads than in the old days.

And of course MSG. How could I have failed to mention him?

If I had the dedication that MSG did I would be done with my dissertation already.

I've been lurking about. Reading some. Crying some. Touching some. "Touching what?" you ask. That is NONE of your business. How DARE you ask me such a personal question.

Writing none.

But perhaps I shall. Write, that is. Or mayhaps I shant. Maybe I can...maybe I can't.

No but seriously. I wanna type some words. Glad to see there's still words being typed. Here. Thanks. That is all for now.

So stop reading this post. I said that's all.

Seriously.

Stop.
