So, JH, how did you come to be a moderater at this website?

Looking at your profiles, you two don't even live on the same continent. Do you and Sir-Toby know each other in real life?

No, we don't know each other in real life. As to how I became a Moderator, I think that Sir Toby was looking for someone as he no longer had the time to do it himself, and I volunteered.

I forget exactly how it occurred. JH's recollection looks correct to me.

I do remember that JH was one of the first people to visit the site after my original email to the Addventure mailing list and has been a consistent contributor since then. I haven't been able to find a message where I asked for volunteers, so it is likely I emailed JH directly asking if he would be interested. While I have archived all of my email from that time period, it would take far too much effort than I have available at the moment to try and dig up the relevant emails.
