Hi, JH and I seem to be dualing a new thread from the early chapters... I am not going to bother to read up on Astra, I am going to write her from whole cloth and whatever other people write. I imagine people familiar with her will derail it back to familiar (for them) ground.
As for Velus, in another new addition I made him a shapechanging emissary / agent of the Dragon so I personally will write him that way in this new bit too unless someone totally checkmates that.
My own aim in going back to the original roots is to write some "cleanskin" fantasy adventure without fanservice, fanfiction from TV shows and so on, just keep it in a fantasy milieu. Not that my aims are relevant to anyone else, but just in case anyone wants to cooperatively write new threads.
