I'm not sure that I quite follow all of that, though I think I understand that the Starbucks at the End of the Multiverse only shows up periodically.

I recommend reading [78420]. The Starbucks at the End of the Multiverse is where Fred and Astra ended up. It has a permanent storefront in the Multiversal Mall (aka Nexus Prime) and appears there regularly. There is a really cool clock at the blank storefront that counts down to the next time it is coming when it is not there. Also, sometimes coupons (yay!)

To summarize, the Starbucks at the End of the Multiverse is the Entrance from which Fred and Astra entered the Multiversal Mall. Old Gek is annoyed because he knows it isn't 'at' the mall right then. However, he needs to send someone to find out what the countdown is.
