I'm going to be away until the 24th. In the unlikely event of any problem with either the NEW or the Black Void, please contact Sir Toby directly.

Actually it was a cruise on the River Nile, and it was very nice. :)

I've just noticed that in my original post I mistyped "NEQ" as "NEW", but no doubt you worked out what I meant.

Nice!!!!!!!!!! Im happy for ya!

So I'm assuming you saw the pyramids. That must have been GREAT!!!

I've seen Mayan ruins in Guatemala when I was a kid. THAT was neat.

It seems like I remember you taking a similar trip a long time ago.

Was this your first time?

Ya...I vaguely remember it. Or maybe I'm senile. Or...as is more probable....BOTH. Both are correct.

Or. Wait. What were we talking about?

It was my first visit to Egypt, though I've done a couple of river cruises elsewhere previously. Yes, I did see the pyramids, and they are mighty impressive, as are the assorted temples that I saw and the tombs in the Valley of the Kings.

You. You sly dog.

You did it. Didn't you?

You raided a tomb! And came back with the riches (and the curses).

Tsk tsk tsk...

No but I'm sure it was fun. If ONLY for the break in the weather. Everyone here where I live was complaining and whining all summer long about the heat.

And I was like, "I'm fine. Crank it up."

It's this blasted COLD I can't stand.

I don't like it too hot either. But though it was pretty warm, the humidity was low so it wasn't too bad. It was a bit of a shock to come home to cold and damp and overcast skies, though.
