Horsehockey.org has vanished from the internets!

I even confirmed it with a 'Is It Down or Not' independent website.

I miss HH!

I'd noticed that it was down too, and its associated forum as well. I've sent Reaibn a heads up message at his gmail address (which I hope he still monitors), on the assumption that his horsehockey.org email address might well be down as well.

I hope it comes back soon. If not, with all these new TLDs being a thing, I wonder if the next incarnation will be horsehockey.horse.

JH can you send Reaibn that I am seeing the following error message.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I'm 99 percent sure that Reaibn is aware of the situation, but with his new job and already busy schedule, he probably can't get to putting Horsehockey back in order right this second.

Hell, with all the messages he's probably received not just from you guys, but the more active members of OnTheLine Forums, I'm quite confident Reaibn knows some of his web properties are down.

I urge everyone to be patient, and I wish I had the technical know how to fix it myself (and to implement some of those suggestions I've made that he's never gotten 'round to).

New job? He's kept that quiet. :)

I think that you, Lots and I are the only active members of that forum at the moment, sadly.

So any more clues about Horsehockey?

Reaibn knows. He said he would call his server hosts as soon as he could, and that he has been really busy with his new job that he's not had much time for anything else.

Sit tight.

No new update. Soon, I hope.

Again, Reaibn's a busy man.

Hurrah! Thanks for the "heads up", Ben.

I think I'm going to have to start taking my own copies of stuff that I want to keep, in case it disappears again at some point.

We are still back, but Lots42 curiously hasn't written anything yet.

He can't tear himself away from that Fallout video game, evidently...

I'd like to contribute to Horse Jockey, but man, that is a long introduction. >_> I mean, that's just to get started.

I know. I apologize. I got kind of carried away when I wrote it in 2008.

My intention at the time was "What if every single Horsehockey character and running joke came back all at the same time?"

Once you get past the first episode, it gets easier.

There are some Fred and Astra threads, notably the ones ending at 20212, 14007 which is a cross-over from the NEQ (plot summary at 4721), and 14515.
