Andrews' medicine is a glass of gorg. Not the stupid monster from Fraggle Rock, but grog backwards. Grog makes you drunk, gorg makes you sober. To much gorg makes you knurd, but only on Discworld.

  3. You wonder how you can get drinks at a bookstore. It turns out they have a whole shelf of hollowed out books with bottles in them. And an Earth globe with real ice at the poles.
