You are greeted by a curly-haired brunette at the front desk named
Michelle. She proceeds to tell you that she was once a construction
worker named Michael. She was pulled into a black void and woke up as a
woman in a random village in this kingdom. She has no idea how she got
here and no idea how to get away. That sounds a lot like your story and everyone else's. You are introduced to an hispanic woman named Maria who explains that she was once Marco, the 21st century's premier neurosurgeon, until a black flash exploded from a machine she was working with. She explains that she woke up in the forest with a witch cackling and reveling in watching her situation. Maria is the physician of the shelter. There are dozens and dozens of girls just like you. Some from other times and places, some from this world. You are determined to be genuine via physical and psychological analysis by Maria. It is comforting to know that you're not alone in your plight, but so many people trapped without rescue in the same situation makes you feel as though there may be no way out. The Moff, due to his personal situation, agrees to allow you to stay under the care of the shelter. If you reject, you can be taken to his dungeons.
