Even with ninja swiftness you only have two hands, and there is no way you
can grab five scurrying squirrels at once. You wait a few seconds for them
to get close to each other, then you grab a heavy basket standing in the
corner, tip out the contents on the floor, turn it upside down, drop it
over the squirrels and sit on it.
There! Now you can pick them off at your leisure, or just leave them to starve unless they can gnaw through the basket. It looks petty tough and would take a long time for small squirrel teeth to get through. As you sit there allowing yourself the luxury of pondering your choices, there is a shimmer in the air, and suddenly Witch Maggie stands before you - or at least her image, four of your senses tell you this is nothing but an illusion. To your surprise she does not look the least angry, but almost... gloating? "Well well," she says, or rather makes you hear. That's still a majority of senses voting for illusion though. "You must really like being a princess." Without another word, you realize Maggie is the only one who can transform you. You can't kill her, but you had enough of a look at the squirrels to realize they look all alike (once they got out of their clothes), so you can't kill either of them... Clearly anticipating your train of thought, the witch smirks evilly. "Clever move there though," she says. "Tell you what, I'll make a deal with you. If you turn us all back, I'll return the favor. No guarantee what either of us will do after that though. But at least if someone kills you, you'll die a man." Pausing to let you ponder the suggestion, she continues: "Okay, there should be a brown potion in the stuff you just dumped on the floor. I didn't hear any glass break, so it should be okay. Let us out and give each of us a fifth of the content to cancel the green potion. Give me a minute to tell the others. Only you can hear this." You turn and look at the pile of stuff. There is a (typically unlabeled) bottle of something brown there alright, and it's close enough for you to grab without standing up. You pick it up and start standing up when it occurs to you that the potion may undo any kind of transformation, including yours. So you can just drink the potion yourself and proceed with the original plan to kill the squirrels or leave them to die. Then again, Witch Maggie is unlikely to make it that easy for you...
