You make a break for it down the hall, although you do feel a little
guilty for leaving behind the girl just because you judge her based on
her appearance. "Stop right there!", you hear a voice right behind you say. You turn around and the princess is gone. In her place is a radiantly beautiful woman, ornately dressed in a lavish gown. "You have judged me solely by my looks and your own desires in this matter. Rather than help someone in need, who may have been the most wonderful, pure-hearted person in the world, you chose only to take the course of action that would be most beneficial to yourself. This is not the way a true man should act. A man should be sensitive to the needs of the women around him. However, I will give you leniency. I will give you one year to roam this land and find the answer to this question: 'What do women want?' If you can answer this question exactly one year from now in this same spot, I will remove the curse upon you, and perhaps you will find love and happiness. If not, you will remain eternally cursed, never to have your old life back." Before you can say anything, she mutters an incantation and disappears as you see the world go blurry and finally pass out.
