Belle is held for ransom

Belle raises her hands in the air.

"Don't move!" orders Cool Hat. He gives Belle a frisking and was unable to find a weapon. "It looks like Gary was dumb to send an assassin that doesn't even have a weapon."

Belle smiles and says "You got that right, mister," and slowly lowers her hands.

"Keep your hands in the air!" snaps Cool Hat.

Up go Belle's hands.

"You will be held for ransom!" says Cool Hat. "I can easily see Gary paying a good deal of cash for you. Perhaps a million dollars."

What a dumb jerk! thinks Belle. Can't he see that I am teasing him?

What does Belle do next?

1. Belle tells Cool Hat that she isn't an assassin.
2. Belle plays along hoping to get a chuckle out of this.
