Figures in robes=Bad omen.

A number of figures with circuit-patterned robes, and peculiar, featureless
metal masks with pulsating red lights on them glide slowly across the air
towards you.
They fold their arms solemnly, then all raise their left arm at the joint and
raise their 3 fingers inbetween the pinky and the thumb. They stare at you
in this fashion for a whole minute, unchanging in pose.
